Something has changed
Has a clinic moved, changed its phone number, WhatsApp or hours, dropped a treatment or shut? Send its name and city to info@clinicshortlist.com so we can check and correct the page.
Suggest a clinic
If you know a clinic that should be on its city’s list, tell us its name and address. It will be judged by the criteria explained in “How we select”, like every clinic on the site.
Clinic owners and managers
From the business area, linked at the top of each page, you can claim your clinic’s page, update its treatments, hours and languages, see the visibility plans or put forward a clinic that is not listed yet.
No medical questions, please
We cannot comment on your teeth, skin or hair, on a treatment or on a result, and we do not recommend clinics. Please do not send photos or medical details. If something worries you after a treatment, get in touch with the clinic that carried it out. In an emergency, call 998 for an ambulance.
Problems with a clinic
Complaints about a listed clinic are not something we can handle. Take it up with the clinic first. The health regulators also deal with complaints about the clinics and professionals they oversee: the DHA in Dubai, the DHCA in Dubai Healthcare City, the DOH in Abu Dhabi and MOHAP in most of the northern emirates.
